Extensive hands-on experience in viticulture, winemaking, olive growing and olive oil production. My expertise covers crop protection, vineyard and olive grove management, harvest planning, winemaking processes, production quality control and the sensory evaluation of wine and extra virgin olive oil.
Over the years, I have provided agronomic and oenological consultancy to farms, wineries, companies and public bodies. I have also held senior technical, managerial and executive positions within agricultural businesses, with responsibility for production, staff, suppliers, investments and relationships with public authorities.
My professional background includes the development of agricultural projects for prestigious luxury hospitality estates and fine-dining operations, integrating farm production with sustainability, local identity and the guest experience.
I have also provided technical agricultural support to the Works Management teams of major infrastructure projects of national importance and collaborated with research organisations and technical institutions, including international partners.
My approach combines field experience and technical expertise to improve product quality, protect environmental resources and identify practical, economically sustainable solutions.
