Vast personal understanding of the wine-growing/making process (plant health treatments, harvesting strategies and agronomical/oenological wine-making techniques) and of the various  strains of olive oil and production in general, experience acquired while managing an oil production business, through technical assistance jobs, collaborative with wine-oil Panel Test Commissions, carrying out various projects aimed at improving wine and oil production,  safeguarding the environment, reducing the cost of production while obtaining high quality products.
